No, we are not owned by Stripe. We integrated with the Stripe API to allow you to connect your account to the Payment app and collect charges.

FacilePay for Stripe Secure ?

Yes, The credit card information will not be stored on your phone or in your app. All the information will directly go to Stripe through an encrypted connection and Stripe processes the transaction. For the security purpose, Stripe is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). All the payment information is safeguarded on Stripe’s secure server

How does the fee work?

You don’t have to pay any monthly fees or monthly hidden charges. You just have to pay 1.25% and stripe fees on your per transaction. Let’s take an example, if you are making an $100 transaction, then on this particular transaction, you only have to pay 1.25% and stripe fees. You will not face any monthly or hidden charges in this plan.

Customer need a stripe account?

No, They just need valid credit card or debit card with the Visa or Mastercard logo.

What if I no longer want to use the app?

You can simply delete the app from your device. As an extra precaution, you can also log in to your Stripe account and deauthorize the FacilePay for Stripe application.

How to transfer money from Stripe account to saving bank account ?

To transfer money from your Stripe Account to your saving / bank account, first you have to adding & setting up your bank account in stripe. Once you start processing with Stripe, your first payout is made 7-10 days after your first successful payment is received. Subsequent payouts are then processed according to your accounts payout schedule.

How to change bank account in stripe ?

You may change / add new bank account by visiting your Stripe dashboard, selecting "Payouts" within the left panel of the screen and updating the "Transfers" section with the preferred bank account information.

After adding or changing bank account, account status will change to Pending. You will still be able to accept/“capture” payments, but will not receive deposits until the updates are processed, typically 1-2 days after the change is submitted.

How long stripe will take for payout ?

By default, Stripe automatically creates payouts of your available account balance based on the schedule specified in the Dashboard. The schedule used is dependent on your country.

How to accept money?

Two ways to accept money from your customers.

Card:
Accept Credit/Debit Card Payments with support of Stripe.
Once you charge any of your customer debit / credit card successfully, money will directly go into your stripe account.
From your stripe account, you can transfer that money into your bank account.

Cash:
You can also accept cash from your customers and make its entry in the app.(No relation with Stripe account. No charge)
Basically cash transaction feature help you to track your cash transaction.

What is daily limit for taking payment?

There is no limit to the amount you can accept each month through Stripe, and your funds will be transferred to your bank account on the same schedule regardless of volume.

Stripe Charges ?

Currently in the market there are so many applications / solutions available, but all of them charging additional processing fess on top of Stripe fees. We are not charging any additional fees on top of stripe. 2.9% + 30¢, this fees charging by stripe.

How to cancel subscription?

To stop the subscription on your device, you have to follow below steps

1. Launch the Settings app.
2. Tap iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap on your Apple ID.
4. Tap View Apple ID when the pop up window appears.
5. Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
6. Tap Subscriptions.
7. Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.

# Google Play Store

Launch the Google Play Store app.

Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions and tap on the app of the subscription you'd like to cancel.

Alternatively, tap Menu -> My Apps -> Tap the app of the subscription you'd like to cancel -> Tap the app's details page.

How does refund work?

Refunds use your available Stripe balance—this doesn’t include any pending balance. If your available balance doesn’t cover the amount of the refund, Stripe debits the remaining amount from your bank account.

If the original charge underwent currency conversion, the refunded amount converts back using the same process. There are no fees to refund a charge, but the fees from the original charge aren’t returned.

Stripe submits refund requests to your customer’s bank or card issuer immediately. Your customer sees the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. Once issued, a refund cannot be canceled. Disputes and chargebacks aren’t possible on credit card charges that are fully refunded.

Does FacilePay for Stripe support refund of a card payment?

Yes, Subject to the stripe's policy we support refunding a card payment. You can refund non disputed payments to your customers using FacilePay for Stripe or from your Stripe Dashboard.

Can I refund the full amount to the customer for card payment?

Yes You can refund the full amount to your customer. Please note that the FacilePay for Stripe Application fees are non refundable and the connected account will have to bare the application fees.

To refund a payment via Facile pay for stripe mobile application follow below listed steps

1. Open and and click on side menu
2. Select My Transactions
3. In case of multiple account select the account from which you have accepted the card payment
4. Click on the card transaction list item
5. In the card transaction detail page, you will find a button to refund the transaction.

To refund a payment via the Dashboard:

1. Find the payment to be refunded in the payments overview page.
2. Click the ••• icon to the right of the charge. From the resulting menu, select Refund payment.
3. By default, you will issue a full refund. For a partial refund, enter a different amount to be refunded.
4. Select a reason for the refund. If you select Other, you must provide an explanatory note that is attached to the refund.
5. Click Refund.

Can I refund Partial amount to the customer for card payment?

Yes, You can refund partial payment using the stripe dashboard. Please follow below steps to refund a partial amount:

1. Find the payment to be refunded in the payments overview page.
2. Click the ••• icon to the right of the charge. From the resulting menu, select Refund payment.
3. For a partial refund, enter a different amount to be refunded.
4. Select a reason for the refund. If you select Other, you must provide an explanatory note that is attached to the refund.
5. Click Refund.

Can I cancel the refund?

Once initiated, a refund cannot be canceled.

How much time will it take to complete refund processing?

Stripe submits refunds to your customer’s bank immediately. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your customer’s bank account.
